Patients who are uninsured or fail to provide us with adequate billing information including proper managed care authorization referrals, are responsible for the total payment of their bill. If you have any questions or need to make payment arrangements to resolve your account, please call Patient Financial Services at 800-378-4189 or you can enroll online and provide information via our Online Billing Manager.
